This Revenue Canada case study was initiated when management identified the need for improvement to the management of the application maintenance process. IT formed an action team consisting of representatives from IT and Client organizations to review the Application Maintenance Process. It was agreed that this work group would develop an improved management process that will result in better utilization of the ressources and improved service to clients and end-users.
