This paper published by Miguel Angel Martínez and Isabel Fernández, both of Atos ODS S.A. presents a measurement model based on Function Points Analysis for the management of the Outsourcing of Software Maintenance projects for the Bank of Spain, as well as two of the main Spanish private banking groups, Argentaria and Banco de Santander. This case study presents an extranet to share maintenance information between supplier and customer: the Atos´s quality department, the Atos's technical team, and the client. The tool SPI-Web, marketed by the Spanish firm MIT, was used.
